- Ultra-rares are exceedingly rare items that have an exceptionally low chance of dropping.
- There is no way to make ultra-rares appear more often. In the words of Ryme: "ultrarares aren't affected by anything whatsoever". Specifically, Combat chance modifiers have no effect.
- There are 7 known ultra-rares:
