Tornado

You can create a violent whirlwind that stuns your opponent and leaves them feeling dizzy and weakened, plus somewhat damaged.

When Used

You summon a violent miniature tornado, which spins your opponent around violently, making your foe dizzy and dealing X damage.

Notes

• When used, it deals damage. The damage probably scales, but you can expect 8-13 damage at level 18. How much it stuns or delevels enemies is unknown.
