Admiring their Forkitude

You pull up at the specified location and surprise an entire gaggle of noisy high-school-aged kids sticking plastic forks into a lawn. It seems pretty mild, but you figure a little grumbling about vandalism might do them a little good. Before you can really get started they explain that they're just playing a prank on a friend of theirs for his birthday and they even cleared it ahead of time with the friend's parents.
At that point you shrug and go on your way, radioing the details in to Phil so he can make adjustments.
