Improved Tinkering

This skill increases the duration of any temporal Gadgeteer skills (buffs and noncombat skills with a duration). It also increases the effectiveness of the Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons skills.

Notes

• Grants different improvements for all Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons effects. The specifics of this were still not revealed.
• Extends the duration of all gadgeteer buffs/skills by 10 + S minutes, where S is the number of skill points invested.
• Prior to the introduction of skill points, this improved the options available for Upgrade Armor and Upgrade Weapons. See respective skills for more details.
