Yes, Ryme gave this to a few players, I'm not sure why, but there is some story behind it, so you should try to get it from the players that do have it. --Zillow--

So far I have a tentative range of 35-50PP restored after using 40 of this item. I probably won't have this finished until I reach Yang to test the resistances there. --Valmo 11:25, 19 August 2011 (PDT)
