It's a little piece of chocolate wrapped in gold foil with a embossed image of a pinata on it. No, you can't use a firecracker to get a piece of gold foil, and no, you can't bash the tiny pinata to get even tinier pieces of candy. Be happy with what you have.

How Obtained
You unwrap the gelt and pick out the pieces of circuitboard (they're almost as bad as dried coconut). The chocolate is super delicious, however.

You unwrap all the gelt, carefully throwing away the foil. Because who needs gold foil, right?
On second thought, you probably should have taken the pieces of circuitboard out too, but at least they're not bits of dried coconut.
