No, this is not a suit made out of suspended sweat, even though that would be cool (and gross). This is just a heavy top and pants made of wonderful, soft cotton designed to wick away sweat from your body; it keeps you warm without overheating you. It'll be pretty comfy, but you'll definitely want to wash it before wearing.
