Talk:Alpha

There's a chance these could be linked to different areas. Alpha is showing up frequently at the outskirts of Area 54 but when I moved to the robot hive I did not encounter him. Not much to go on but could be worth seeing if there are more than Alpha around. --Valmo (forgot to sign)

Looks like his purpose may be moving along the assembly of the space station. Once I visited the ruin for Susan I got the following message after two fight with Alpha:

• Some of these parts look like they use similar technology that mysterious gate. You drop it off with Susan Novak to see if she can make anything of it.

After that the message changed to:

• Some of these parts look like they're designed for use in deep space (or even DEEEEEEP SPAAAAAAACE). You drop them off at the space station, where they should find them useful.

The deep space message stops appearing when the Space Station has the first set of Fighting Robots appear. I'll check after rollover if there is anything else on the go. --Valmo (talk) Edited, 11 August 2013

Seems to me like this will serve to speed up the space station construction phase. Also, likely to be a reference to Alpha Trion, so it's unlikely that trion will summon anything else. Patojonas 09:08, 11 August 2013 (PDT)

Boy does it ever. I did that station from tossing the hubcap to fully unlocked in a single day. Unfortunately, I didn't think to record, so I don't remember how many Trions I burned. On the plus side, I still qualify for the bonus mettle. It just takes a lot of time because you have to do all the fighting robots until the final "day" when you can just run away while waiting for the plot non-combats. I believe each Alpha fight counts as a "rollover", so you'll burn quite a few trions if you try to single-day it. Cristiona (talk) 00:51, 19 August 2013 (PDT)

Scaling

The XP scales. I received 909 XP on Satan at level 84. I had a few things that increased XP and foe toughness though. -- Satan 7:20 PM, 11 August 2013 (CDT)

At level 14 I got 190 XP in all adventures tracked.
On level 88 I got 986 XP with KO, it should be 930 XP.
On level 89 I got 997 XP with KO, it should be 940 XP.Patojonas 15:26, 18 October 2013 (PDT)

Each level seems to increase it's XP by 10, confirmed by the difference between level 14 and level 89 => 940-[(89-14)*10]=190

Therefore the XP formula is 50+10*Level Patojonas 15:26, 18 October 2013 (PDT)
