I think the last choice (Fitness course) might be level-dependent, so here's some information (all of these were 1x):

Level 70 Elemental
XP: 17,087,668

Strength: 431 (355) (Note: one point was gained in the first adventure)
Intellect: 538 (444)
Reflexes: 531 (437)

You work your way along several stations of the camp's extensive fitness course, getting a nice all-around training. You gain 850 xp. You gain 1 Strength point.

You engage in a mini-triathlon in the camp's extensive fitness area, getting a good mix of training. You gain 760 xp.

You work your way along several stations of the camp's extensive fitness course, getting a nice all-around training. You gain 730 xp.

EDIT: I was wearing a Pallid Mask (+10 XP per turn), which may have altered the numbers --hoyifung04 17:54, 19 June 2011 (PDT)

tried it out thought might as well post it to add a datapoint didn't check equioment til after so also not a clean sample...had on +7 XP per turn Gadgeteer Reflexes: 74 lvl 8 (XP: 15,119) Strength: 80 (94) Intellect: 44

You work your way along several stations of the camp's extensive fitness course, getting a nice all-around training. You gain 91 xp. The Gannet

Only getting the 1 point in the stats(tried all 3) not the 3 each time in the wiki(same stats as before, last post only tried xp). Maybe each message gives a different number? Or scaling? Or did it get nerfed?(probably scales) The Gannet 14:21, 22 June 2011 (PDT)

It seems that the stat gain isn't always three. I adventured at each location three times, from top (climbing) to bottom (fitness). The stats above reflect my final stats, and I always got three points. --hoyifung04 14:34, 22 June 2011 (PDT)

another datapoint Class: Elemental Reputation: Altruist Level: 33 (XP: 1,479,946)

You take a nice geology study. It's not directly related to things you need for super-heroing, but it never hurts to expand your mind. You gain 2 Intellect points.

Eschewing the man-made ranges, you simply take a hike through the woods and use some old logs and tree stumps for target practice. You gain 2 Reflexes points.

an example of a message from fitness 10x You engage in a mini-triathlon in the camp's extensive fitness area, getting a good mix of training. You gain 4903 xp. You gain 1 Intellect point. You gain 1 Reflexes point. The Gannet

Still just the 2 stats for 10 minutes at level 50. what level did that 3 stat figure come from lol? The Gannet

Level 70, as I posted up top. --hoyifung04 08:13, 25 June 2011 (PDT)

Level 45 Psion
XP: 1,780,489

Strength: 163
Intellect: 11674 (10151) Don't ask why...
Reflexes: 171 (179)

You spend some time observing wildlife, and learn a few things about nature. You gain 2 Intellect points.

This park and campground in the mountains has diverse climbing options. In this case you decide to go climb a few trees, but then spend half of the time scrubbing the sap off of your hands. You gain 2 Strength points.

Eschewing the man-made ranges, you simply take a hike through the woods and use some old logs and tree stumps for target practice. You gain 2 Reflexes points.

You engage in a mini-triathlon in the camp's extensive fitness area, getting a good mix of training. You gain 764 xp.

So, it looks like the stat training ones are level dependent, not stat dependent. Probably a cap on the XP one. --hoyifung04 20:39, 29 July 2011 (PDT)

The experience gained from the Fitness Course looks to range from 10*Level to 17*Level with a cap of 600-1020 at Level 60. I don't have near enough data to peg how frequentlu the accompanying stat gains occur but it looks like they don't go higher than 1. As for the stat training options I'll have to test it on a future retcon. Where the xp caps at Level 60 I'd wager the stat gains possibly increase to 2 at Level 30 and then to 3 at Level 60. --Valmo 21:03, 9 January 2012 (PST)

I suspect it is 1 through lvl 30, 2 through 60, 3 through 90. @ 62 I am getting 3 --RKBrumbelow (talk) 19:40, 27 July 2013 (PDT)

level 10

XPHigh 170
XPLow 100

level 61

XPHigh 1020
XPLow 600

all values shown are the result of level*(10-17) with a step of .5
Level is capped at 60

level 92, with +10% xp

XPHigh 1122 (/1.1 =1020)
XPLow 660 (/1.1 =600)

+X%XP bonus applies. hoyifung04's data at the top of the page indicates that +Y XP also works.
