- Villains appear once you make the proper choice in Anonymity: Blessing or A Curse? (disabled). They can be disabled through making the opposite choice in Anonymity: Blessing or A Curse? (enabled). The option to change state is available once per day.
- There are two types of Villains, Wandering Villains and Static Villains.
- Static Villains are restricted to one location.
- Wandering Villains can appear in any location.
- A Villain appears once every 2:30 hours or so. The counter is not reset at rollover.
- A Villain will appear much faster after leveling up.
- Villain appearance is unaffected by Combat chance modifiers.
- If a Villain is triggered it will override any adventure that should have happened instead.
- If the adventure should have been a Pursuing a Majority Report special adventure it would be considered a missed encounter and you will have to wait some time to get another.
- If it occurs in Dank and Rusty Maze it will be considered adventuring outside and you will have to get Unnamed Adventure to get there again.
- Each Villain has a unique item. These items are still unimplemented and placeholders are used instead.
- XP gained from each Villains is 8 * Level, capped at 400.
