Xenophon says he'll offer his professional opinion to another psion for a discount, or he'll trade advice for a few minutes of service.

After completing Rejected Rogue Ranch Rascals Require Retribution, if you have an item that drops in Rejected Rogue Ranch in your inventory:
Xenophon looks over the items you've brought him, "You know, I have a use for items such as these. Should you be willing to bring them to me, you can be sure that I will compensate you handsomely."
This is followed by an inventory of the items you have. If no item can be exchanged:
Sadly, Charles doesn't know how to do anything with just the items you've got.
Otherwise, a list of items is displayed. When you exchange items you get:
