The sugar mechanic was introduced during Halloween 2008. There are 6 Sugar points per a day.
- Chocolate covered jelly (only dropped by Gangster in blue)
- IQ80 (only dropped by Overzealous dancer)
- IQ120 (only dropped by Armored warrior)
- Jawbruiser (only dropped by Stevedora)
- Snackers candy bar (only dropped by Casino security guard)
