empty flask
Plural: empty flasks
Flasks are an important part of chemistry (and, more dangerously, alchemy). You pretty much can't do chemistry without dozens of these churning and bubbling with colorful fluids.

This one is the really nice model with the spot on the side to write what's in the flask. Just remember to label them or you'll have to call in the Titrator.

Abandoned Chemistry Lab

When Used in Combat

when fighting a ghostly bunsen burner:

You slam the flask down, trapping all the bunsens inside before it can burn them.
You got an item: flask of bunsens Earlnmeyerflask.gif

when fighting a malevolent paraffin blob:

You use the paraffin blob to seal your flask... without putting anything in it first. Maybe that wasn't your best decision ever.
You got an item: flask of nothing Earlnmeyerflask.gif

when fighting a possessed eyewash station:

You drain the eyewash station into your flask.
You got an item: flask of eyewash Earlnmeyerfull.gif

fighting any other foe:

You lob the flask at <foe>. It shatters in a shower of glass and dark energy for ?-90-93-? damage.

Notes

  • Combat use for the lab foes ends combat with a victory.
