- In practice used from the Workbench interface at your Hideout.
- Catalyzation functions like decryption on a computer; the conversion process works in the background as you patrol.
- Allows for the conversion of titanium plating into tritanium, plasteel plating into polysteel, and caffeine pills into small hyper-c.
- It takes 60 mins to convert titanium, 90 mins to convert plasteel, and 45 mins to convert caffine pills.
- The name of the skill is based on a suggestion made by Rykar as part of the May 2009's bounty.
