Well... the mafia informant doesn't show anything if you fight a foe with no chip drops. Might be possible to test if the crow is +items by fighting foes with no item drops. The only place with targets like that that I can think of is over in Shiloh Sanatarium. Cristiona

- Not every monster there has a drop. When fighting the Insane villain, there was no message from the crow. Fighting the Demented scientist triggered the crow's message. I'm pretty confident that means the crow boosts item drops. Cristiona
