Plural: X-ray film canisters
X-rays aren't just good for advertisements in the back of magazines and selling dubious cure-alls. They're actually pretty good at taking pictures of the inside of stuff. Who knew?
Just be careful, this one still has all the X-rays in it.

How Obtained
When Used in Combat
You tear the X-ray film, letting all the X-rays out. You and the <foe> see to the center of the universe. Some, like your opponent, might find this deeply unsettling, to the tune of X damage. You, on the other hand, were just wondering what Azathoth needs with a starship. Sadly, you never find out, but regain Y PP from the exposure to radiation.
