To properly adventure in this zone a character has to wear the following equipment:
These can be bought at the Bayside Dive Shop on Bayside.
If he is not wearing all three of them, the following message will appear:
"You swim around in the water for a while, but you can't go more than a few minutes by holding your breath. You've got to do better than that if you're going to patrol under water."
Note: This requirement does not apply to a level 5 and 5+ Elemental
There is an item, the Harbor pearl, that allows the player to not have to wear the diving equipment to adventure in porcelain bay.
