Halloween 2013 was celebrated on the day of the real life event, October 31st 2013.

- All foes had a 28.1 ± 2.6% chance of dropping one of the following items:
- The avatar of each hero was changed to one of the following:
- The streets of Somerset was opened and tissue candy bag was added to all foes there with a 18.4 ± 2.3% drop chance.
- If a player had a tissue candy bag in their inventory when looking at a player's profile there'd be the following text below their level:
- The lights are on! You could trick-or-treat!
- If looking at your own profile:
- It's typically considered weird to trick-or-treat at your own house.
- If looking at a profile from an account that shared the same IP as yours:
- This looks suspiciously like your house. Trick-or-treating here would be weird.
- If looking at a profile from an account that didn't login during October 2013:
- <player>'s hideout doesn't have the light on, so trick-or-treating is probably out.
