killer x-ray |
---|
You unilaterally decide your foe needs a slick new look and pull them into a whirlwind costume montage.
And... magnifique!
Did it ever occur to you that maybe X-rays don't let you see through some materials, but instead peer into a dimension where everyone is living skeletons?
Because if you have, you could probably ask this guy. He seems like he might know something about it.
Your opponent attacks ...
Hit messages:
- It refuses to attack, explaining they have already have an infiltrator inside your body. To demonstrate this fact, their agent slaps you around a bit.
- It pounds you with its bony fists, adding some artistic elements to your next X-ray.
- He dances a merry little jig, which would really be fine if it weren't on your throat.
He hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- It refuses to attack, explaining they have already have an infiltrator inside your body. You explain that's just your skeleton and the X-ray seems disappointed.
- It punches at you with its bony fists but it's pretty easy to outfight something without any muscles or tendons. Wait a second, how does it move?
- It dances a merry little jig, but gets angry again when you refuse to tip it.
Fumble messages:
Your foe fumbles! He takes X damage.
Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!
You gain (8*Level, cap 400) experience.
You got an item: X-ray film (Guaranteed Drop)
Known resistances/weaknesses
Immune to electric damage.
How to Encounter
- Using Disguise Foe skill on foes whose name starts with K or X.
Notes
- Foes's stats and drops will be replaced by those of the disguised form.
- Using ionic tonic doesn't change the resulting disguise, and the resulting foe keeps the ionic in the name as well as the electrical weakness.
- Foes that can't be replicated also can't be disguised with the exception of:
- Scaling foes;
- Foes from The streets of Somerset;
- footpath footpad and ghost of X;
