Halloween 2013 was celebrated on the day of the real life event, October 31st 2013.

All foes had a 28.1 ± 2.6% chance of dropping one of the following items:

The streets of Somerset was opened and tissue candy bag was added to all foes there with a 18.4 ± 2.3% drop chance.
- If a player had a tissue candy bag in their inventory when looking at a player's profile there'd be the following text below their level:

If looking at your own profile:

It's typically considered weird to trick-or-treat at your own house.

If looking at a profile from an account that shared the same IP as yours:

This looks suspiciously like your house. Trick-or-treating here would be weird.

If looking at a profile from an account that didn't login during October 2013:

<player>'s hideout doesn't have the light on, so trick-or-treating is probably out.

If looking at a profile from an account that has already been trick-or-treated:

You trick-or-treated from <player> this year and already got some delicious candy. You make a note to drop back by next year.

When you click on trick or treat, depending on the class of the profile you're browsing, you'll get the following:
