Plural: cast arm casts
This is an arm cast that has been cast out of aluminum. It keeps the forearm rigid and well protected while providing support and protection to the fingers, while allowing them some freedom of movement. The whole setup is suspiciously like a pair of gauntlets, if you think about it.
