These quests are unlocked based on player level and must be finished for the player to complete a retcon.

4	A Mysterious Ruin.	Requires the ability to fly. Changes name during the quest to: A Mysterious Triangle from a Mysterious Ruin A Mysterious Triangle in Spaaaaace‎ Space Robots!
5.5	Riding in the Lists	B-Quest
10.5	Rejected Rogue Ranch Rascals Require Retribution	B-Quest
10.5	The Last Nostronomian	B-Quest After finishing the level 10 quest
12 - 13	Moon Over Twilight, Brutes Over Downtown	After finishing the level 11 quest
29	The Oldest and Strongest Emotion
N/A	Pursuing a Majority Report Follow Your Nose to a Balanced Breakfast	Sherlock & Poirot, Crime Analysts quests

B-Quests don't require reaching a specific level, but having the XP for that level.
